  1. Really great list of tasks. I do try to do this but also know that I need to be flexible because of my health issues. Plus I tend to work a lot over the weekend and have a little more time off in the week.

The thing I’d add is to do a loose meal plan and shop at the weekend too. With a bit more time to think about it, I’m better at making sure I come up with quicker to cook meals which I can start later in the day thus interrupting my work flow.

    1. Thanks Chloe! And good idea about making a meal plan too. I’ve actually recently started doing that on a Sunday afternoon – it’s my ONE thing. I used to do it on a Monday night and it made my Mondays very long…and I found when I did my meal plan I was very tired and not really in the mood. Doing it on Sunday afternoon is much more relaxed and enjoyable! Eb 🙂

  2. Hi! I have been reading your posts and I hope no I will start working on what you have said. The main problem I feel with me is I ignore, postpone till it becomes crucial and a matter of I have to finish it NOW!
I have recently left my job and yes I want to reach for the stars but manage to derail the process. But today a Saturday I am going to sit and plan my week ahead. Right from my menu to what I plan to write and finish. Those unfinished half done posts will see the light of the day.
Thanks now I will take charge.

    1. You are welcome, I am so pleased to hear you are going to start planning your weeks. A good plan is definitely the best way to get the most out of each week 😀 Good luck with it! Eb 🙂
